Eric Mansfield

backofthecup@gmail.com

With 20 years of development experience at some of the world’s largest media and entertainment conglomerates – including Sony Music, Universal, Scripps, Sony Pictures and MTV – Eric brings a detailed, practical approach to building high-quality applications.

His passion for clean, user-friendly design and interest in cutting-edge digital technology lured him into mobile app development. Because of his advanced J2EE skills and background in digital rights/asset management, licensing, data management, and e-commerce, Eric saw the enormous possibility in the convergence of these technologies -- and what that means for businesses of all sizes.

Once Eric learned Objective-C, there was no turning back. He’s as energized about mobile apps as he was when he started programming on his Commodore 64 in 1983. BackToMyCar is Eric and Chris’ first commercial iPhone app. They are currently developing more new apps, including an e-commerce iPhone app for a chain of restaurants.
